John Leonard Co-Owner of Emerald Energy. He graduated from North Carolina State University in 2004 with a degree in Business Administration. He has extensive experience in on-site solar & storage installations, as well as customer focused interactions from his 20+ years in the energy saving industry. He is very well versed regarding the most up to date products available and will take the time to consult with customers on the different options that are available to meet their goals. He works diligently with customers to find practical ways to save money on your utility costs. John is a certified solar NABCEP Associate.

Justin is a Co-Owner of Emerald Energy and is involved in sales, design, and new product integration. Justin studied engineering and graduated from North Carolina State University. He has experience in quality management, technical sales, and is a board certified PV Installation Professional.

Joey Wood is an original owner of Emerald Energy. Joey graduated from Pitt Community College in 2004
with a degree in Electronic Servicing. His attention to detail ensures your system is supremely installed for both function and aesthetics. He frequently attends continuing education classes and other seminars to stay up to date with new products and services available to our customers. He is certified by the Building Performance Institute (BPI)
as a Building Analyst Professional as well as an Air Leakage Control

Anthony Brighi serves as our Project Coordinator, expertly managing day-to-day project needs, permitting, interconnections, and various office tasks.
